The Mental Health Gap: STAND for the future
Depression and anxiety are projected to become the leading causes of global disease burden by 2030. As many as one-in-three of us are affected at some time in our lives, and this figure is increasing, especially among younger people. We do have effective treatments, but they currently reach less than half of the people in need, resulting in an enormous mental health gap worldwide.

Join Professor Michelle Craske AO to learn about her STAND program for screening, tracking and treating anxiety and depression, and discover how it could support individuals and a health system in dire need of repair.

Speaker:
Professor Michelle Craske AO, Distinguished Professor of Psychology and of Psychiatry and Biobehavioral Sciences, UCLA.
